Gabriel is a six-storey condominium with 125 thoughtfully designed units, developed by Whitetail Homes. Noria is responsible for installing plumbing and hydronic heating systems for resident comfort.

Chronicle is a five-storey condominium with 48 units, developed by Tangerine Developments. Noria's work includes designing and installing plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems for optimal functionality and efficiency.

Flora & Fauna are a duo of condo buildings being developed by Tangerine Developments. Both Flora & Fauna are four storeys, and have 66 residential units each. Noria’s scope includes the plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems.

Edge 3 is a five-storey condo with 48 well-designed units, developed by MacLean Homes. Noria is responsible for installing the plumbing and gas systems for this project.

The Jericho is a well-planned four-story condo with 66 units, built by Reddale Construction. Noria managed the installation of plumbing and gas systems, ensuring they are safe and efficient.

The Bloc is a four storey low-rise condo building consisting of 58 residential units, developed by MacLean Homes. Noria’s scope of work on this project are the plumbing and gas systems.

Windsor Views is a condo building developed by Open Concept, with 16 residential units, commercial units on the first floor, and parkade. Noria’s scope of work for this project includes the plumbing and gas systems.

Rose Gardens Homes is a community project developed by Tavanco Group that consists of 16 townhouses, a commercial building, as well as an on-site daycare. Noria will be providing the plumbing, gas, and underground civil piping to this community.
